GOVERNMENT SERVICE

One of the new "Improved VICs". She served as a barage baloon tender on the River Schelde at Antwerp  before returning to the Thames at Deptford at the end of the war in Admiralty service.

CIVIL USE

Sold in 1972 to a P M Herbert of Bude in Cornwall and again in 1974 to an F W Walters of Penryn, and by now renamed "Tsavo Lady", in which guise she is pictured below. Sold on again in 1974 to an M A Smith of Newport, Isle of Wight. No further trace.
