GOVERNMENT SERVICE

Transported to Colombo in what was then Ceylon (now Sri Lanka) as deck cargo. On 21st December 1946 she ran aground on Foul Point on the island when under tow from Colombo to Trincomalee. She later sank and was declared a total loss.

CIVIL USE

Her wreck was purchased and salvaged in 1949 by Abdul Rahuman & Co ov Colombo, and renamed "Rahumani".   No further trace of her has been found..
