From launch until October 1943 she was with the War Department (Army) when she moved to the Mediterranean and was employed by the Navy at Malta. Renamed as YC (Yard Craft) 390, she was converted to an electric powerplant lighter in 1951, still at Malta.  Nothing further is known, however in common with all other VICs sent to serve this distance from home she probably never returned to the UK.
