On 3rd March 1898 while on passage from Bunnahabhain, Islay to Carrickfergus in N.Ireland with a cargo of grain she foundered 10 miles southwest of the Mull of Oa on Islay. Skippered by a Capt Campbell and four crew, one of whom was lost.
